It is a deposit that will be returned to you when the van is returned in the same condition that it was taken. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page found at the bottom of our website.
You may use a debit card. Please contact us at 423-277-6303 if you have any questions about renting with a debit card.
Our van rental rates are by 24 hours so if you book a van leaving at 10:00 AM and returning at 12:00 PM, you will be charged the daily rate plus the hourly rate of 2 hours.
