It is a deposit that will be returned to you when the van is returned in the same condition that it was taken. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page found at the bottom of our website.
We keep a mobile phone with us at all times in case anything happens! The ringer is always on at full volume, and even if we don’t answer right away, text us, and 99% of the time we return calls within 5 minutes.
You may use a debit card. Please contact us at 423-277-6303 if you have any questions about renting with a debit card.
Our van rental rates are based on 24-hour periods, so if you book a van leaving at 10:00 AM and returning the next day at 12:00 PM, you will be charged for two days.
During select dates, we have a two-day minimum. This means that even if one day is booked, a two-day rate will be charged. This is only common during our high-demand dates, such as summer. We will not offer partial refunds after a reservation is signed for.
Our eight-passenger Ford Transit is mileage-based, meaning the daily rate includes a pre-set number of miles you can drive per day.
If you take it for 5 days and the mileage per day is 70 miles, that means you are allowed to drive 350 miles throughout the 5 days.
