We have high service standards for our vans, with our standard service interval being every 5,000 miles. The vehicle standards for Ford Transits and Mercedes Sprinters range from 7,500-10,000 miles, however to ensure safer rentals, we get it done before it's due!

It only takes 30 seconds at the pickup counter before you have your keys. Our tip - Want to bypass the hassle of corporate rental companies and chance of not getting a guaranteed rental? Choose Us! We also offer after-hours upon request, so you can return or pickup when it is convenient for you! From the point you book with us, you will be in contact with Zavier (a real person!), who will be your contact point before the rental, on the road, and even after. Non-Profit, or For-Profit Business?

Are you renting a van on behalf of a business or non-profit, such as a church? No problem! If you are a non-profit, we will take your tax exempt form, and Certificate of Liability/Insurance Form. Our Rental Process, Start to End

After you book on our website, we will send out two links to your email. One for your signature, and one for your insurance information. In addition to that, we will ask for a picture of your drivers license. After those three things are done, that is it! We will send a brief text with reminders of some of our policies, and pickup instructions. On the day of the rental, the front desk will ask to see your drivers license to make sure it is the right person picking up, and then you get the keys! Typically only a 30 second interaction - It's Really That Fast! Throughout the rental, we will periodically check in, and if you have any questions we are ready at anytime to text, and call after hours if necessary.
